The Community Work Alternative Program was put in place to secure placement in nonprofit agencies for youth court-ordered to complete community service hours.
The Electronic Monitoring Program's purpose is to create and maintain, within a graduated sanctions model, a comprehensive model of innovative community-based supervision that reinforces youth accountability and restorative justice and that promotes public safety.
